What is the Rhea LIFE Conference?

In the Bible there is a story of mother and daughter in law, Naomi and Ruth. Naomi had left Israel with her husband and two sons due to a famine. They went to the country of Moab where the sons married, but soon both Naomi’s husband and sons both died. This was not the ending Naomi had anticipated. She had fled famine and ended up with even less.

There was, however, a rumour in the fields of Moab, that Yahweh had visited his people in Israel and given them food. So Naomi decided to return home, and one of her daughter in laws, Ruth, went with her.

When they arrived home we can read in the book of Ruth of God pouring out his grace, mercy and favour upon Naomi and Ruth, restoring them in the land of His people.

This is the heart behind the Rhea Life Conference and the work of Rhea Ministries. We see this conference as an opportunity for God’s people to come together and experience the outpouring of God’s grace, mercy and favour. We see it as a time to get away and be with God and His people, to be refreshed, encouraged and built up for whatever God has next in store for you.

Ruth coming to Israel was part of God’s great redemptive story as she later becomes the Great-Grandmother of King David. We don’t know what God may have in store for you, but we hope this conference can be part of His wonderful plan in your life.

Our speakers

Pastors Lucas and Kristine Ashley

Pastors Lucas and Kristine will be joining us from the Bridge Church, Florida. Pastor Lucas is the Lead Pastor and leads with Kristine while she also serves on staff as the Women’s Pastor. They are originally from Texas and moved to Florida with their two kids in 2018 after feeling a strong call by the Holy Spirit to leave their home state and be a part of what the Lord was continuing to do through the Bridge Church.

They love God and people with all they have and believe deeply in partnering with others to help people discover healing and purpose through the love of Jesus Christ and by being part of a local church community.
